Provixer is a document preparation tool, not a law firm. Use of Provixer does not create an . Provixer does not provide legal advice. The information you create using Provixer is not a substitute for the advice of a registered patent attorney or patent agent.

Provixer uses large language models to assist with drafting. AI-generated text may contain errors, hallucinated citations, or statements that do not reflect current law. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying every word of any document before filing it with the . Per USPTO guidance (April 2024), the named inventor must independently verify the accuracy of any AI-assisted drafting before signing.

We never use your invention disclosures, claim text, or draft content to train AI models. Your data is stored encrypted and accessed only by you. You may request deletion of your data at any time via your account settings.

Provixer does not guarantee that any application created with the tool will be granted by the USPTO, will withstand legal challenge, or will provide enforceable rights. Patent grants depend on factors outside Provixer's control.

Provixer will not render opinions, predict the outcome of USPTO examination, draft licensing agreements, advise on contract disputes, or recommend litigation strategy. Those services require a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
